Loida Guuevara

I’m was born in the Philippines and came to the US when I was 12 years old in 1972. I went to Southwestern College and took business classes. My background stem from accounting and office management. I started working with American Residential back in the late 80’s in the finance department. Then, I worked for Directors Acceptance as a commissions analyst working with Division, Regional, and Branch Managers Nationwide to managing commissions. Worked for major companies like Wells Fargo and Chase as commissions analyst, I’ve also worked in the Payroll, Human Resource, Finance, Accounting departments in all those years. I decided to go into processing loans since I worked in the industry for over 15 years, then somehow, someone said, you should do Real Estate! Well, that’s where it started, I took Real Estate classes and passed the state exam and got my license 7 years ago. I enjoy what I do, I love being able to serve people and find the home that they are happy with and I’m honored that my clients can put their trust in me. I know that if you treat people well, with love, respect and integrity, God will give you favor towards them. I have gained a lot of friends through real estate, they’re not just buyers or sellers, they become my friends in the process and I praise the Lord just even for the opportunity that HE has given me. My partner Tina and I worked really well together because there is integrity, trust and honestly and love in our relationship. I have her back and she has my back. And in order to serve our clients, we need to have that with the people you work with. My other passions are my ministries that I’m involved with, The Rock Church which we have been there for over 13 years, was involved in many different ministries such as Children’s Ministry, Crown Ministry, Hospitality, Toys for Joy, Miles Ahead Ministry as well as other ministry with helping Convoy of Hope & Gawad Kalinga.
